Double-sided reversible black cast iron griddle made for the CosmoGrill Pro 6+1 gas barbecue but can be used on other gas barbecues too. Features a ridged side for beautiful meat or veggies and one flat smooth side, for cooking grilled sandwiches, eggs, pancakes and much more.

The ridged surface with deep grooves allows excess fat to melt and drain, so you can enjoy healthier and more nutritious meat.

Made of 100% cast iron which durable, sturdy, and corrosion resistant. Cast iron is known for providing great flavour and versatility making it a must have if you own a barbecue.

The griddle retains heat so once it’s hot, it’s stays hot and spreads heat evenly to lock in moisture and flavour. Also creates beautiful sear marks, so amazing flavour and presentation to match!

Important Information

The Griddle covers half of the cooking area only and there may be a gap between the griddle grate and the end of the Pro 6+1 gas barbecue, but this is how the griddle was manufactured. It will still work beautifully.
