Changed your mind? No worries — you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item to us.

We’re committed to keeping returns as smooth as possible, but all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If these conditions are met, you’ll be eligible for a refund issued to your original payment method. Once your item has been returned and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 14 days.

While we aim to make returns as straightforward as possible, all returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Please take a moment to read it if you have any concerns.

How it Works

Get in Touch

Let us know you'd like to return your item by reaching out to our customer support team. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Choose Return Method

Assuming your item meets the abovementioned criteria, we’ll offer you two easy options:

  • Use your own tracked courier to send the item back to our Southall warehouse
  • Request a prepaid collection label (£49.99 fee deducted from your refund)

Send it Back

Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
