EVRE Warranty
At Evre, we are extremely proud of the high quality of our products. Each piece is carefully designed, from in-house sketches to material selection and close collaboration with our suppliers, to ensure it is fit for purpose. While our attention to detail means issues are rare, we recognise that problems can arise. For this reason, we provide extensive warranty coverage to protect both you and your consumer rights.
Standard Warranty Coverage
1. Purchases via Official Evre Website
Starting February 2025, all orders placed directly on our website come with an automatic 2-year warranty. Exclusions apply.
2. Purchases via authorised retailers
Orders from authorised third-party sellers come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty, but you can extend it to 2 years by registering via the product registration form below. Restrictions apply.
We sell our products across multiple online platforms. Our official seller names are:

Warranty Exclusions
Before submitting your warranty claim, kindly note that following would not be covered under the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and discolouration
- Accidental damage or faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or failure to follow care/safety instructions
- Cosmetic damage after assembly or after using the item
- Rusting, this only occurs when the cleaning and storage instructions are incorrectly followed
- Incorrect assembly of the product
- Items altered, adapted, or repaired by you
- Free gifts or complimentary items supplied with your order
- Products purchased from unauthorised sellers
- Applying products to commercial or public use (domestic use only)
- Force majeure or extreme weather conditions
- Electrical components such as LED lights or wiring on artificial Christmas trees
- Use of inadequate cover to store the furniture set. We highly advise customers to use the Furniture Covers to ensure the product's longevity
The aforementioned list is not exhaustive and is for indicative purposes only. Evre is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential loss, including damage to or loss of personal property.
Additional Warranty Terms
- Any replacements issued within 12 months will not extend your warranty time.
- Warranties are non-transferable and valid only for the individual named on the original invoice.
- Extended warranties apply to the UK mainland only. For international orders, 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, regardless of warranty stated on the product page.
- This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Claims Procedure
To make a warranty claim, please provide:
✔ Your order number
✔ Delivery address
✔ Clear photos of the affected part(s)
Claims should be submitted via email to support@evre.co.uk. Please avoid sending multiple emails as this may cause delays.
Upon receipt of proof of purchase and defect, and subject to the claim being made within the warranty period, Evre will, at its sole discretion:
- Provide a replacement part;
- Replace the product with the same or a similar design; or
- Offer a prorated refund calculated according to the remaining warranty period, particularly where product ranges have been discontinued or where less than 12 months of cover remains.
