Warranty Information

All of our Evre and CosmoGrill products are built to last. The materials used are carefully tested to ensure the longevity and performance of the Item. In addition to this, all of this is backed up with our friendly Evre Customer Service Team who are on hand for advice and assistance. All Evre products come with a 12 months manufacturer warranty, apart from our recycling bins which come with a 2 year warranty. Warranty restrictions apply.

Our products are reviewed annually by our Evre Buying Team to ensure that our customers get the best quality and value for money. We ensure that our products maintain the same performance level throughout their journey. We are here for you, if you need help or advise on any point related to the functionality of a product, feel free to get in touch.

If you’d like to make a warranty claim, please ensure that you provide us with your full order details, address, photos of the issue. The claim can be made by sending us an email to the aforementioned email address. We will get back to you as soon as we can and request that customers avoid sending us multiple emails as this can lead to delays.

Before submitting your warranty claim, kindly note that following would not be covered under the warranty:

  • Misuse of the item
  • Cosmetic damage after assembling or using the item
  • Incorrect assembly of the product
  • Not properly following the instruction manual and guidance provided on product pages
  • Rusting, this only occurs when the cleaning and storage instructions are incorrectly followed.
  • Damage by foreign objects, accidental damage or adverse weather.
  • Use of inadequate cover to store the barbecue or furniture set. We highly advise customers to use the 600D Oxford Fabric Cover to secure the product's longevity.
  • Wear and Tear

The aforementioned list is not exhaustive and is for indicative purposes only.

This warranty is only valid for the first buyer of the Evre product, who purchased the product from us or from an authorised seller. We are currently active on different online selling platforms where we sell our products. Our shop name on eBay is under “Evre-UK” and on Amazon under “Evre24”. If you'd like to confirm if a Seller is an authorised reseller of our products, then please do get in touch.

Note: Any replacements issued within 12 months will not extend your warranty time.

The warranty claim is personal and not transferable.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
