Good quality and excellent customer service

We ordered our furniture and the service has been excellent. We were able to track our furniture on the DPD App which was a bonus and it arrived within days.
The quality seems excellent (though sadly due to the weather we have not yet had the chance to try it out!). The waterproof cover that came with it is huge, but of a high quality and it certainly has withstood the elements over the last month!
It took us about 2 hours to put it all together, which was not too difficult. Just one missing nut but we had a spare one at home so no problem.
We had a small problem with one of the cushions and once we had contacted customer service we had excellent service and a replacement was sent. Often post sales service lets companies down, but this seems to be a strength of EVRE.
We are very pleased with our purchase and would use this company again without hesitation.
