Delivery Information
At Evre, we understand how important it is for your order to arrive safely and on time — without any hassle. That’s why we’ve made our delivery process as simple and transparent as possible.
Delivery Options and Costs
We offer free next-day delivery across the UK mainland for orders placed before 6pm Monday to Friday, or 3pm on Saturdays. Orders placed after these cut-off times will be dispatched the next working day, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Offshore and international deliveries will incur customs charges. This charge is not included in the shipping charge calculated at checkout and you will be invoiced separately depending on the destination and product size.
Delivery Times
- UK Mainland: Next working day delivery after dispatch
- Offshore UK & Ireland: Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days
- Europe: Delivery times range between 3 to 10 working days, depending on the country
Please note that delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weekends, or public holidays. We always recommend allowing an extra working day before reaching out about your order.
Delivery Dates
Choosing a delivery date at checkout is a preference, not a guarantee. We’ll always do our best to deliver on your chosen date, but your order may arrive earlier or later.
Keep an eye out for dispatch emails from us and DPD, these are usually sent the day before delivery and will confirm your delivery date. DPD will also send a text message when your order is dispatched and again on the day of delivery with your one-hour delivery window.
If the delivery slot isn’t convenient, you can’t change the time but you can change the delivery date, request a safe place, deliver to a neighbour, or redirect to a DPD pickup shop, all via the link in your DPD notification.
Please note that if you request delivery to a safe place or a neighbour, you accept full responsibility for the parcel from that point.
DPD Deliveries
Most of our orders are sent via DPD. If you have existing DPD delivery preferences saved (such as a safe place), these will automatically apply to your delivery. If you’d prefer your item not to be left in your safe place, please update your DPD preferences before your delivery is due.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your delivery and plan your day accordingly.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations can only be accommodated if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, some fees may apply, as outlined in our Delivery Policy.
What to Do If You’re Not Home
If you’re not available when your order is delivered, our courier will reattempt the delivery on the next day. Please use the tracking number from the DPD email to make separate arrangements such as leaving the parcel with a trusted neighbour.
