I order this around December last year. It is perfect for my garden. Fast deliveryEasy to assemble. I thought this rattan will be like wood. But its like a straw pvc (strong plastic).Rain or shine no problem. Really lovely patio set. Comfortable and sturdy. Delivery was on time and came in 3 large boxes which the driver kindly helped me carry in to the house. Like some of the other reviews warn, it took quite some time, patience and two people to build but the parts are all labelled and the instruction booklet was simple to follow. It also comes with the tools required to build.
I bought this as furniture for our summerhouse. Easy to put together with clear instructions, it includes tools (spanner, screwdriver), but we decided to use our own as they were a bit more robust. The seats are comfortable, a good proportion and great colour too.
Stunning set for the price! However very fiddly to put together. Took me 3 hours by myself because the bolt is Allen key and the nut is spanner. Not a lot of space to work with but well worth it!Next day delivery was fab. However it comes in 3 boxes. 2 turned up and a little while later (same day) the 3rd box turned up. Not too heavy but isn’t flimsy. Cushions are comfy but could be a little thicker but can’t complain

Really impressed with this furniture! Only given 4 stars are the assembly is really fiddly and it took around 3hrs for 1 person to build. And the suction cups for the glass will need to be replaced as they are no good.Other than that the quality is really good!

We’re really pleased with our furniture. We bought the grey. We have it in the conservatory and it looks great. Hub took 90 mins to assemble it, he said it was a doddle.

I would suggest using a hex screwdriver for most of it, as they're easier to use than allen keys, although some of them space is too limited and you have to use an allen key.It looks really good on the patio, and is extremely comfortable to sit on. I'll get some cushions to make the arms more comfortable, but overall I'm extremely pleased with it.

Been searching for garden furniture and glad we found this. Delivery was super speedy and came the next day. Assembly took 2hours for 1 person and fiddly but instructions are well informed and detailed. Had 2 cushions missing but sent an email and they arrived a couple days later… great service and no hassle with the missing cushions. Sturdy but light to move around if needed .
Looks good as can been seen in the last picture. However arrived with rusty parts, and not all the rattan woven as can be seen there was worse than this too. A few screws missing also. Comfort is lacking and the backs are really low. Not bad with added cushions. The product does look great though.
This was definitely not easy to assemble as mentioned by others but once constructed it is very sturdy and good quality. Good value for money and looks very nice with additional cushions and throws.
Put up in a couple of hours and looks amazing on my patio. Only downside side to it and it’s only a very small down side is that you definitely need extra cushions for yer back.

furniture arrived flat packed in 3 boxes. my 22 year daughter put together in one evening no issues very straight forward. Furniture really great quality, very sturdy and strong. I feel like a Hollywood suite in my garden. the company rang to tell me delivery date and keep me informed. i am enjoying my furniture so much. loving it.
