Happy with the product overall. It’s not difficult to put up but it is fiddly to **** some of the fixings in due to their location being in a tight spot. The Allen key provided wasn’t very good. Two fixings just wouldn’t go in but the furniture is up and it feels sturdy. It looks exactly as the pictures advertised.
Not too bad to put together however main frame 4.1 drilled at wrong end so no bolts fitted adjacent to arm rest as a result.Small scuffs on back rest in two places and frame showing elements of rust!Could send back but once all unpacked would be a pain to box it all up again.Does look good however not sure how long it will last especially with two bolts missing (could drill myself but don't want to split rattan weave)

Came flat packed, which was fine. Absolutely awful to fit together, letters on the wrong parts so basically had to figure it out ourselves. So fiddly to fit some of the parts together too. Door on the coffee table doesn’t shut flush. Cushions are not as thick as they look in the picture, only received one orange cushion. The back of the sofa is far too straight up, not a comfortable sit and relax at all!
Did think about sending it back, but it came in 3 massive boxes (delivered on different days too, which dpd told me was the companies fault as they said next day delivery, but if all the slots are full that won’t happen!!). But we had to pay for the return cost which would have been a fortune. We have since been to a garden centre and purchased a much more expensive one and this one is going to our daughters until she gets a new one, then it will be going in the bin. This is a honest review and highly do not recommend this product at all.

This sofa is great value for money. It’s not the most robust and the back cushions could do with some Velcro to keep in place but overall very happy for the price paid. Would give it 4-5 stars.Used the build service which is provided by Amazon and NOT the company so no reflection on the sofa itself - they were quick but scraped the corners and edges of the sofa on the patio so slightly damaged the sofa when putting it together - would give this service 2-3. Unfortunately I didn’t notice straight away!
It’s good for the money, I had wrong part doubled up. I had to chase up with the manufacturer, it was so back & forth emailed conversation not pleasant. Amazon refused to return the product, customer service noted my complaint but nothing happend, luckily Manufacturer sent me the correct part.Only based on experience I have given 3 stars otherwise 5
The delivery driver was amazing as he took it up my steps and put it in a safe space. The chairs was easy to assemble and are of good quality! Highly recommend!
Good value for money but assembly is fiddly
The box’s it come in where fine but the sofas them selfs has deep scratches and gouges in the rattan in some key areas
