I asked for a replacement. They said two months. 4 months later I asked for an update and they said it’s out of warranty (it’s not) and asked for a further 4 months to replace the faulty lid. also blamed me for applying too much pressure.

Fabulous - sturdy and well made. Good that it has 2 sizes. I previously had a double plastic one and the lids kept breaking so decided to spend a bit more and get a stronger one. Definitely worth the money and really pleased with this. Highly recommend.

This bin lasted 4 months before both pedal mechanisms had snapped away from both bin lids. After numerous emails back and forth between myself and the seller they are insisting on sending out replacement parts instead of simply replacing the bin and admitting the lids are obviously not strong enough to last more than 4 months!!! Highly disappointed with both the product and customer service provided by EVRE. Never purchasing from them again
I have bought it a while ago and waited to give a review. My impression is that bin is not sturdy enough and will not last as long as the previous one I had. It is also difficult to change bags as the interior bins are lower than the edge of the exterior of the double structure. It is also difficult to open the top if for whatever reason you can not use your foot.I would not buy it again.
This is a neat and good quality item. The 2 compartments are well-proportioned and work well as expected.
It is simple to use with both sides being easy to lift out, they are not too heavy but are sturdy.

I was a bit doubtful of ordering after reading the reviews saying bin was bashed and dented. The bin arrived and very well packaged in a solid box, no dents in sight. This bin is excellent, the size is perfect to hold waste and recycling for a 2 person household. Fab price to.

Only one bin. Space saving ✋ free use the foot pedal
It was good while it lasted. The bin was a bit smaller than I'd like it to be, which meant more frequent emptying and refills, and the stainless steel easily gained smear marks. But despite these flaws, the bin looked nice with a slick, ultra-modern design and the colour-coded pedals made its functions very organised and orderly, and for what it was, I was happy with it. I bought it back in March, and it has now gone faulty on the date of me writing this review - the yellow pedal compartment mechanism is broken and I did not apply too much pressure to the pedal. Very cheaply made, I am now looking for another 2-compartment bin that is much stronger and sturdier. Waste of my £50.

We have had a similar brand before and works well for our family, this one is slightly annoying as the bigger compartment doesn't naturally close itself, meaning majority of the time the lid stays open.
Fits perfectly in my kitchen. The 2 bins are very easy to remove from the outer bin with a neat metal handle. The foot pedal lid flips also work well.
